When we come together, we create a powerful force that uplifts young people, nurtures leadership, and spreads opportunities in robotics and STEAM. I believe that every young person deserves a trusted guide and a chance to thrive, no matter the challenges they face. How do we make that happen? Through intentional, thoughtful community partnership strategies that bring people and resources together.

Mentorship is more than just guidance. It’s a powerful connection that can change the course of a young person’s life. When I think about the impact of a mentorship program, I see a bridge - a bridge that connects dreams to reality, challenges to solutions, and potential to success. This connection is especially vital for young people navigating the complexities of school, life, and future careers.

Community outreach, mentorship, and STEAM learning come together at the SHIELD Mentor Program. As we prepare for the EagleTron Robotics Team launch on January 10, we invite families, mentors, and partners to be part of what we are building.
